1. General

The crafthouse.ai website belongs to the Craft House AI studio, 15 Ha Neemanim St., Haifa, Israel. By using the website you agree to these terms. Services are provided under a separate agreement with the client.

2. Services and prices

Prices shown on the website are estimates and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins. Prices are in new Israeli shekels (₪) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Contacting us

Contacting us via WhatsApp, email, phone or the AI assistant chat on the website does not create obligations for either party until an agreement is signed. The initial review of your task is free.

4. Intellectual property

Website materials, including texts, images and the logo, belong to Craft House AI. Rights to project deliverables are transferred to the client to the extent set out in the agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

The studio is not liable for outages of third-party services, including WhatsApp, AI model providers and hosting, or for decisions the client makes based on the output of the systems.
