Privacy policy

1. What data we collect

When you contact us on WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the conversation. By email or phone: your email address, phone number and the content of your request. Through the AI assistant chat on the website: the conversation, the page address, the ad tags you arrived with (for example gclid, utm_*) and your IP address with the last part masked. Replies are written by the Google Gemini language model, so the text of your message is sent to Google. When you submit a form on the website (for example, the application to host a workshop): the information you entered in the form, the time of submission, your IP address and the browser and device details your browser sends on its own (the user-agent string). In this case the IP address is stored in full. The submission is stored on the studio's server and the form content is sent to the studio's mailbox; the IP address and user-agent are not included in that email.

2. Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and do the work. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.

3. Who receives the data

WhatsApp conversations are processed by Meta Platforms under their policy. Requests may be stored in the studio's CRM. Conversations with the AI assistant are stored on the studio's server, are visible to the Craft House team and can be continued by a team member in the same chat; the question and the assistant's reply are sent to the studio's private Telegram channel. Message text is sent to Google (Gemini) to write the reply. Website visit data is received by Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — see section 6. There are no other recipients, and the data is not sold.

4. How long we keep it

Conversations and contact details are kept while we work on your request and for up to three years after it ends, as a project record. Website form submissions, including the IP address and user-agent, are kept for the same period. We delete them sooner on request.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to crafthouse.ai@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. They set their own cookies and receive information about your visit: which pages you opened, which ad brought you, your device and browser type. We use this to understand which advertising works; the data is not sold. You can block this collection in your browser settings or with an ad blocker. Fonts are served from our own server and send nothing to third-party services.
